Proven and running
The engine exists. Seven layers defined, the send loop live, the Golden Gate SDK shipped (1.0.1), the UX doctrine ratified. Vertical #1 (Bex / Franchise OS) is real: an 85-page site built in 4 days on the engine method, Revenue Brain workers live, first proof record captured. The revenue loop runs at Design Hacker and Bex. The business model is locked: equity-for-engine partnership, the concierge-first playbook dogfooded on Club, Bex, and Ed next.

Vertical #2 (Ed / Service Pro), scoped and pitched. So Bexy DIY wedge, next to ship. Design Hacker soft launch plus the Club offer page. The internal knowledge hub (this).
Still a slide, not a system
Verticals 5 through 9 (photographers, eCommerce, personal branding, course/membership, SaaS growth). Real people attached, no plugin built yet.
The one bottleneck
Can the engine bolt onto a client’s EXISTING domain without rebuilding their whole site? That is the hinge that decides how big this gets. The Cloudflare subfolder spike is testing it now.
