Offer: $2,500/month for 6 months. Done-for-you monthly campaigns (launches, emails, graphics) promoting The Hive, her courses, and her programs, plus building an AI-personalized targeting layer on top over time.

Pitch 2: AI mentor built into The Hive

A private AI mentor trained on Kelli’s own course material and teaching, living behind The Hive membership login, that does the work with members (drafts client emails, plans sessions, applies her posing/pricing frameworks) rather than just answering questions.

The safety mechanism: every member gets a monthly allowance sized so 95-99% never notice it. If a rare power user hits the $12 cap, the bot degrades to a lighter “standard mode” rather than shutting off, so no member ever hits a wall and Kelli never gets a surprise bill. True power users can optionally connect their own AI account and bill directly at cost.
